# PONGE Renewed App User Guide Hello! PONGE has been completely renewed 🎉 We've revamped our concept to provide essential information so the LGBTQ community can thrive even more. Here's a guide to help you get started! --- ## 🏪 For Business Owners 1. After signing up, search for your business in the **"Info"** menu. 2. Follow the steps below based on your search results. | Search Result | Next Step | |---------------|-----------| | My business is listed | Tap the **"Claim Ownership"** button on the detail page | | My business is not listed | Tap the **"+"** button at the bottom right → Select **"Service"** to register | Our team will verify and link your account to your business! --- ## 👤 For General Users ### 📍 Info - You can browse LGBTQ-related services (businesses) and event information. If you'd like to promote your events, feel free to use this feature! - You can exchange 1:1 messages with users who registered service and event information. See below for how to use 1:1 messaging! ### 📝 Boards - Feel free to post in the appropriate categories: free talk, advice, people search, and more. You can upload up to 2 photos. (Explicit or violent images may be rejected by AI) - You can also leave comments freely. ### 💬 1:1 Messages - Tap a post author's or commenter's **profile image** to view their profile. - Tap the **menu button** in the top right corner to find the **"Send Message"** button. - Chat in real-time! ### 🙋 Profile - You can set a profile photo. - Add interest tags that express who you are. These tags make it easy to learn about each other's interests! ### 🌏 Multilingual Support - Supports Korean, Japanese, English, Chinese, Taiwanese, and Thai. ### 🤖 AI Translation - Not only service and event information, but also board posts and profile information are automatically translated into multiple languages. You can view translated content in the language set in your profile menu!
